Gandhi stepped in as Managing director in 1998 and engaged a paradigm shift to turn the company towards a 400% growth and profits within 5 years. Driven by innovation and creativity, Mr. Harsh Gandhi is a versatile engineer. With eighteen years of experience, he has explored, learned and practiced various fields of technologies in the polymer and IT industries.
He has had professional training in fields of polymer chemistry, rheology, morphology, engineering designs, manufacturing of engineering tools and various plastic processing techniques.
A natural leader, he is adept at team building and empowering human resources. An active member of the Society of Plastics Engineers, (SPE – an elite international body head quartered in USA) he has acted as a councillor representing India at the global council meet in USA, where he was also elected as the vice-chair for the global divisions committee of SPE.
He has also been a visiting speaker at international Conferences in fields of polymer chemistry. In Paradise Plastics, his key roles include all technical operations, systems design, business development and execution.
Mr P Y Gandhi
Formally educated in Business Management with specialization in Finance from the University of Mumbai, Mr. Parth Gandhi is an exuberant entrepreneur. With Eleven years of Experience, His approach is passionate and unconventional with resilience.
Highly sociable and diplomatic, he has a knack for relationship management. His forte is methodical planning and execution with impeccable coordination.
His policy to observe and improvise is highly effective in creating benchmarks throughout management verticals.
In Paradise Plastics, his key roles include management of Financial Accounts, Supply Chain, Customer Relationships, Manufacturing Input-Output cycles and general management.
He also founded an IT services company in the year 2013 providing next generation technologies like Augmented reality, Virtual Reality, Multi-Touch applications, Transparent interactive displays, and many more.
